Mark is an authority on both cross-border shareholder development and growth stock investing, with more than 20 years of buy-and sell-side experience. He served as an analyst/portfolio manager at two highly successful growth funds, Rustic Partners Hedge Fund and The New USA Mutual Fund. He began his career at William O’Neil + Co., where he specialized in IPO analysis and was part of the team that developed and tested the industry’s first internet-based institutional stock charting and screening tools.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts, double major, in English and Communication Arts and a Masters of Business Administration, Finance, both from Loyola Marymount University (Los Angeles).
