Patrick Wood, Founder
Patrick Wood is a capital markets veteran with a career spanning more than 25 years in Canada and the United States. Before founding Tormont Group he held fixed income asset management, structured product and advisory roles at Midland Walwyn, Vice President roles at BMO Nesbitt Burns and CIBC World Markets, and served as Managing Director, Institutional Equity at Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon.
He founded Tormont Group in 2012 to provide capital and advisory support to US and Canadian growth companies on IPOs, M&A and institutional investor development.
